I just wonder when the 99% of cops who are good will walk out in protest, and then the remaining 1% will also walk out to avoid outing themselves as the bad cops.
Thatâs what would happen if it were actually true that 99% of cops are good.
And these are just the ones caught on tape. Itâs highly unlikely that these are the only racist police officers in their area, or that these are the only times that they acted racist. Itâs probably not even the only time that they were caught on tape, since there easily could have been times when the tape was destroyed.
People who are this openly racist should have never even been hired in the first place. Racists should be so afraid of accountability that theyâd never even consider becoming police officers. The police force should be so actively anti-racist that racists would think of police as the last group that theyâd ever have any chance of fitting in with.
Copâs name is Philip Brailsford
He shot Shaver 5 times in the chest when Shaver, while crawling on all fours towards the officers, reached to pull his shorts up
Shaver was unarmed during the encounter, crying, and desperately begging for his life. In the official police report, Brailsford claimed he believed Shaver was crawling towards the police to put himself in a better position to shoot them, despite Shaver initially begging to be handcuffed while he was laying down to lower the risks of being shot. It was only after police ordered him to crawl towards them that Shaver began crawling
The dustcover of the rifle Brailsford used to kill Shaver was engraved with the words âYouâre Fuckedâ. The judge decided this was inadmissible as evidence, despite prosecutors arguing it was a clear indicator of his mindset at the time of the shooting
Brailsford was found not guilty on the charge of second degree murder two years after the incident, and reinstated to the Mesa Police Department. This reinstatement was for the sole purpose of allowing Brailsford to apply for work-related disability (PTSD), at which point he was granted early retirement from the force with a 2.5k a month pension
Every. Single. Cop. Is. A. Bastard. They are either murderers or they are enablers. There is no such thing as a good, or even a decent, cop

But no, thereâs Actual Factual Fantasy Magic shit going on. Hellhorses leaving trails of fire, interdimensional portals, wizards summoning zonies out of thin air, telepathic horses. And nobody is actually explaining things! Iâm struggling to keep up, and everyoneâs acting like this is 100% Normal Stuff.

How to Start Running
Cardio is a fantastic form of exercise for overall health and weight loss, itâs super easy to do no matter where you are, and it gets you up and moving in the fresh air. The following tips are all things my father had me do when I was getting into running, and as a competitive triathlete and Ironman, he knows whatâs up.
Start at your level. The first few runs always suck, but when you push too hard theyâre even worse and can be discouraging. There is no shame in starting slow!
To start off, do run-walks 2 to 3 times per week, with each run totaling around 10 minutes to start and increasing your total time every week. Run-walks are effective exercise and burn calories, but they also help manage your heart rate as your body adjusts to running. This allows you to safely and effectively build up endurance and strength when you are unaccustomed to heavy cardio.
Begin with a 30 second run and 1 minute walk. Repeat as many times as you can during each workout (preferably totaling around 10 minutes to start off) and perform these workouts for at least a week before progressing your total time or the ratio of running to walking.
Progress to a 1 minute run and 1 minute walk, then a 2 minute run and 1 minute walk, then a 3 minute run and so on, increasing the run time every few workouts and running a longer total time each week.
Once you can comfortably reach 2-3 miles with the run-walk, transition into just running. You should stick with the run-walk for at least a month before making this transition if you have no prior running experience. Once you make the switch, your overall workout times and distances will shorten, which is to be expected. These workouts will also be harder than the run-walk, but donât be discouraged. Youâll soon adjust and continue to improve.
Now youâre running! Keep running a few times a week, and as your endurance builds, youâll be able to go faster and further!
Iâm so proud of you for putting in the work to get the lifestyle and body you want! Running is a fantastic exercise thatâs relatively quick and easy, and itâs a great supplement to other workouts, especially given the closing of gyms due to COVID. Just keep at it, and after a few weeks youâll grow to love it!
