SSBU Charachters if they were in animated movies part 1
I made a post wondering "if the SSBU charachter had a chance to appear in an Illumination style movie, let's say, the Mario Movie as cameo, how would they do that?
So I will try to do so with some of the chachters.
Since it's MARIO movies, Mario charachter are obviously out, because all of them already made an appearance. The only thing I want to add is that Yoshi could have appeared even in the first movie, considering how little his role was in the Mario Galaxy Movie.
The first I'd like to mention is Samus. I fully believe Samus could have too appeared in the Galaxy movie, maybe sharing screentime with Fox. My idea is that Bowser Jr, building his death weapon and planet, created some holes in the tissues of the galaxies, even going through different universes/galaxies far away, just how it happened with Fox.
Earlier than Fox, she was too dragged into a fabric space hole, finding herself in the "Mario" Galaxy. She found the Gateway Galaxy station and asked questions around (maybe to R.O.B) about how she could go back to her home. Eventually someone told her there was a legend (rumor) that a powerful princess wandered in a moving Observatory through the Galaxy, and maybe she could have been able to help her.
With this new hope Samus started exploring the nearby areas, hoping she would find the Comet Observatory. Every time she returned back to the Gateway, usually being pretty reserved (aside asking R.O.B updates).
One day, while exploring, she saw a big U.F.O trying to attack a small ruined spaceship, the Arwing. Samus decided to help out, by distracting the U.F.O long enough to make Fox escape. They reunited and Samus showed him to the Gateway Galaxy planet. Fox was pretty grateful to her/him (he wasn't sure) and while Samus was pretty deserved he always tried to chat and slowly started a friendship.
Eventually Peach arrived to the Gateway Galaxy and started trying recruit some pilots. Samus and Fox, busy fixing their ships after the attacks are going to make comments about how dangerous the Space Junk Galaxy is. While Samus is more careful and unsure, Fox seems to be interest in the mission (especially after the money).
I also thought maybe Samus catches up after to help with Bowser or MAYBE She finish the Observatory and tells the Lumas where to look and then with all different ships they do like in Subspace emissary distracting Bowser jr while Mario lands on the planet.
After the victory, the first post credit scene could portray Rosalina saying their goodbye to Fox and Samus. Fox says that if they want to keep in touch (like he also said to Mario and Samus herself) they could use a space radio or find another way (Smash universe reference?). Rosalina agrees and then opens up two different portals for their universes. As Fox and Samus fly towards them Samus thanks Fox via radio for being a friend to her. Fox replys back saying that likewise and he hope one day they will meet again.
