So its been 6 weeks of slacking off, eating bad and all around laziness. Luckily I gained 8 lbs (the wrong kind). Good news is I'm back on the grind. My mind is right, my motivation is strong and my focus is locked in. It's okay to be disappointed with yourself when you slack off, but never beat yourself up about it.
