I hope you enjoy this headcanon! Iâve reread it a couple times and it honestly just sounds so cute.

You and Colt were like two peas in a pod - wherever you were, he was and vice versa. All anyone ever had to say about you two is that you were extremely fun to be around. Colt was a goof ball that could say anything and it would make anyone laugh, then you had an extremely friendly aura that made everyone comfortable to be near. It was no wonder you two were friends.
You also had a huge crush on Colt. He always matched your energy and there was never a dull moment between you two. The best thing about your friendship with Colt is that the two of you basically did almost everything together: you would binge shows, try new food spots, create inside jokes, play board games, and send each other random words that only the two of you would understand if someone were to read them.
Colt was really everything you looked for in a guy: funny, brains (kinda), understanding, easy-going, and so on. He was someone that doesnât come by often and your crush on him was such a school-girl one. Every time he was around, your stomach would do flips and you would feel giddy.
You hid your crush well, not even Colt had a clue. Sometimes you felt that you made it too obvious and maybe you have, but nobody ever really said a thing, which made you feel better. You knew Colt wouldnât have a bad reaction if you told him, but rejection was awful and who wanted to deal with that? Absolutely not you.
One of the best things about Colt that you really liked about him was how he just went for things, without a care. It really showed when one day he randomly asked you out, completely taking you off guard.
âHey Y/N, can I take you on a date to see a movie tonight? Thereâs one Iâve been meaning to see and I think youâd have a lot of fun.â Once you said yes, he pressed a kiss onto your cheek and just walked off. So much for you trying to never reveal that crush. Sometimes, you thought Colt feared absolutely nothing and that made you feel safe.
Throughout your relationship with Colt, it was pretty much a dream. You two acted the same way you did as friends, but more lovey-dovey and intimately. You got to kiss and have your hands all over your best friend with the intimacy being reciprocated, it was great.
Regarding intimacy, you and Colt didnât really get down to business quickly. That was something Colt wanted to lead up to on its own, in order for you both to not feel pressured. Whenever you were ready, he would be ready. And when you were ready, boy, did you two have the time of your lives. Colt knew you already, but he took his time exploring your body and what really set you off. He was so attentive to your needs and took you to your high every single time you two had intercourse; making sure and knowing that you were satisfied got him off.
People around you thought you and Colt were great together, not that their opinion would matter whether good or bad. Some would say you and him were soulmates or wish that they had what you two did. It made you love your relationship more; knowing that something beautiful and real between you and Colt was seen by others.
The friends to lovers trope really described you and Colt well. Your love and relationship was something that only the movies make out, something that some people feel they could never have. You and Colt didnât have perfect moments in your relationship, but this was a love that could never be broken. You two just get each other and Colt wouldnât dream of ever hurting you.
