I believe that Can't Get Caught! XXX a webtoon by author Lee (available on Lezhin) is based on Kaisoo. 

The main characters are Seo Jungwoo and Eun Saeun who are childhood friends. SaEun is from a small town but now he lives in Seoul and works as comic artist who writes erotic BL. The main character on his BL are him and Jungwoo, of course.
