The sky was pink, purple, blue, orange

a strong streak that shot across my windshield.

and I screamed, I yelled,

so loud that my energy formed right before my very eyes

and it spew all of my sadness, regret, longing, and joy

all of my extremes were passed on into the universe

until the sky became only blue once more.

One of my favorite memories was when you turned the music up in the car and we were driving down 7th street.

Although I had driven this route a thousand times, the sun had never shown this much intensity on the pavement.

You couldn’t hear me if you wanted to, but I didn’t want to talk anyway.

I just wanted to breath.

So that is what I did.

Duck

I can feel you touching me. I can feel you holding me like I am a person that you made me out to be. I can feel myself sucking you while you say “duck”. You say it with such passion that I believe you. I want you to only say “duck” to me. I want you to duck me so hard that I forget that anything else happens in this world. So hard that I forget that we aren’t exclusive and you can duck anyone that you want.
