things are getting pretty bad again im considering js asking for help atp. idk why i thought coming back to tcc was a good idea it js makes my paranoia worse. i told myself im a changed man, but its only how i treat other people, not myself or my fuckin paranoia. ive thought abt asking my mum but i dont want to worry her again and i know this will pass but its bad i cant normally breathe i honesty feel like vomiting im getting that sense of impending doom my hands are getting cold but it still feels hotim sweating wtf is happening i cant sleep this off
