I was just thinking, wouldn't the shivering trigger major uncanny vally. Like looking at those things would probably make all of my hairs stand up. I feel like Bonnie would trigger uncanny value with the splitting thing.

Scince wise, other species that evolved with another have no reason for the effect thierfore they cant feel it.

But humans evolved eith other genesis of humans

(Homo heidelbergensis, Homo luzonensis, Homo habilis, Homo naledi, Homo floresiensis, Homo erectus, Denisovans, Homo neanderthalensis.) All of which are technically deffrint species of human, though some remain as ghost DNA. (Fun fact alot of human species interbred with homo sapians, so very miniscule traces of thier DNA remains. Including a skeleton that was half homo sapien and half Neanderthal if I remember correctly having been found) but as evidence shows other species of humans whloudl hunt down and eat homo sapians. Among other humans. Which is why id assume we have the uncanny vally effect. Humans naturally just know if your pretending to be a species your not.

Imagine trying to explain that yeah, im looking at you rn and everh bone is telling me that you are not what you clame to be? How do I know? Cause I just do.

Hmmm!!! So your theory is that MC can see Bonnie because humans have an innate sense of the uncanny? What an... interesting thought. Though I'd say in Freddy's case, she didn't start suspecting anything of him until Moon brought up (all in good fun, of course). Sometimes, I think MC forgets that it isn't just her who is experiencing the greater universe for the first time; this is the universe's first time experiencing humans, too. We don't exactly know what humankind will bring to the table, yet. Things that are innate an unremarkable to us (a bit like adrenaline) that give us some edge elsewhere. Who knows. But I will ask you this: Before MC met Freddy and Bonnie (respectively), had she ever seen another of their kind before? And, what did she already know about either of them?

I dont know if its my theory, I just spend far too much time researching the human brain (i take ap phycology) and it love uncanny vally and other forms of what could be seen as strange facts and quirks. And I like applying them. Who knows, thiers a plethora of things I think could cause this..

Sun took a total of : 2 hours. (And I lost the sketch layer of his hands)

Moon took a total of : 2 hours and 30 minutes. Had lots of fun drawing him +lil chibi mc (alex) and all the time working on those shiny shiny feathers.

In total my brain is mush and my sketch book full of random concept sketches for the moon one tgat I may or may not share.

I loved the original sketches gor these so much I had to include them, despite the mystery of wherever suns hands went (maybe moon took them as a trophy?)

Anyway I was writing mh fic and original I was gonna name my yuusona/ reader stand in kai. And then I was like oh her full name could be yuukai, cause its cute and incorporates the yuu theme. And then I looked up the name and the first result was a sushi resteraunt. And then the second result was that yuukai translates to kidnapping/abduction or melding/ becoming one. Both definitions are matching up for how the fics gonna end so im keeping the name.

Can people throw some writing tips at me as im working through writing out my first fanfiction. I haven't actually sat down and written a story since, like the 8th grade, so bare with me in that my story writing isn't great. Im struggling with making my diolog sound less choppy and trying ti figure out how to format things in a non "im writing this for an English class" way.

my kid!yuu during book 7. I think that the brambles are gonna leave lots of little cuts. Also I dont think these dreams are very sweet. But dont worry, grim claims to "eat her nightmares" to help her sleep. What kinda big boss would he be if he couldnt do that for his favorite hench human?

Whenever they defete malleuses overblot at the end of book 7 she breaks down sobbing and clings to him and lilia for hours, refusing to let go. Eventually crowly has to drag her off kicking and sobbing.

Im thinking about writing some of her book 7 interaction. Maybe I might make it a fic one day.

I was thinking of those twist AU'S where yuu is a little kid. And in currently on book 7 of the game.

And its gotten me thinking. Poor dream general lillia. Papaw is stressed tf out. Your telling me, 2 teenage boys, a little magic less child, and the dire beast that child has a strong emotional attachment too just came out the woods and now hes stressing tf out while also having to deal with whatever this bs is.

General lillia: "little human child thing, what are you messing with?"

After this incident baur was forced to carry around the stupid, stupid child that keeps eating poison and other various nastys off the ground.

Theyve been bouncing around in my head for a long while.

However I cant find a yuu centric name for them so im working on that, give rect if you want.

I had this idea when I first played the game. Cause yuu is from a diffrent world, why not have my yuu based of a character from another studio.
