In a Moshang Selkie AU, who would be the Selkie?

On the one hand: Leopard Seal Mobei Jun. On the other hand: Shang Qinghua with the stolen/bride-napped seal skin.

I like both. But, I love selkie leopard seal MBJ more. I like to imagine SQH saves leopard seal MBJ from a pack attack(LGJ). As thanks, ferocious leopard seal MBJ then keeps chasing SQH in his boat, finally follows him on to land. Keeps trying to give his skin to SQH, but SQH confused at why this person is giving him a random skin.

SQH: What do you want me to do with the skin?? Maybe he wants me to put it in the cupboard??? Do you want me to brush it? Sell it??
