So that happened...
Without any context, here is a list of the rules currently in effect at work:
Do not light Tate on fire (addendum: do not light ANYTHING on fire)
Hard candy is now prohibited (feel free to blame Robbie) until November 25th
Stressed balls are hereby banned, regardless of what Hannah may claim
Shouting about the morality of mass shootings is now limited to after hours (5pm to 7pm)
Only qualified employees (not Marines) may use the fire extinguishers
Do not throw employees out the window
Do not try to re-enact scenes from any of the following movies: Spider-Man, Star Wars, The Matrix, Braveheart, or Frozen
The only songs aloud for sing-along-time are to be either Disney or broadway tunes due to recent events involving rap battles
Me, a responsibile college student: If I just write this last paper I’ll be done for the next week.
Also me: But...party.
Responsible me: No party. Essay.
Also me: ...Halloween party?
Responsible me: ...
*goes to party as a tired college student complete with homework due tonight as prop*
Responsible me: #nailedit

I know this guy! He actually did quite a few local interviews after the arrest. Also, he’s in the top three local celebrities at my university because of all this. He’s under Skater Guy but above Toga Man.
Welcome to Wyoming, where this is considered a perfect gift.
It’s a class on American history up to the Civil War. So now I know a lot about Spanish politics in the 1700s.
Me looking at the growing list of things that need to be done before Friday.
My boss has recently informed us that we can no longer have stress balls in the office, because SOMEBODY just HAD to throw them to get someone else’s attention.
Same.
Just learned that my neighbors haven’t been randomly shouting “knock it off, you little shit!” at me when I’m putting the trash out…their cat’s name is Little Shit. And yes, he does respond to his name being shouted.
The fact that my little sister, who lives in a very conservative, Christian home and who used to be incredibly homophobic, is asking me questions like this totally gives me life 👌🏻
So I got a tattoo...
Can I take minute to talk about this scene? This is the most amazing and important thing I’ve seen from a Disney princess show in years. Because this matters. It matters that she turned him down, it matters that she didn’t cave even though it was a very public proposal, and it is so fucking important that Eugene reacted the way he did. It matters because when your bf proposes, especially in public, everyone is telling you to say yes. It matters because so many women are pressured into marriage because of this. It matters because of the stigma that comes from saying no, you know, “god that was cruel”, “what a bitch”, “I can’t believe she’d play him like that”. It matters because when I said no to the man I’d known for years, his entire family was there, and they all called me names and harassed me for weeks on Facebook and in person, and my own family thought it was cruel and I’d just been to embarrassed but would say yes if he hadn’t done it so publicly. And it matters that he tries to understand and apologizes for putting her in that position. It matters because of the fact that men murder women for turning them down. It matters because abusers will use this public proposal to stop the victim from leaving through fear and pressure. It matters because boys need to see that it’s okay to be told no as much as girls need to know that they can safely say no. This scene matters so much.
Guess who hasn't died?!?

I am so lucky to have friends like this.
