We are pro endogenic. We believe the brain is so complex and plurality itself is super under researched so it's silly to say that someone can not be plural if they don't fit a strict diagnostic. We are not saying being plural is all sunshine and rainbows but our point still stands.

If you have questions that's fine we'd be more than willing to explain I just ask your respectful. There's a difference between wanting to learn and just wanting to fight.

So bit of a life update...I think our system collapsed ..not fully but it took some damage. I have been going though a lot recently being in a very good work environment and getting to the point that I had to quit as of two days ago (I'm not going to go into detail for many reasons) but I think the stress of being in that environment causes a collapse because I noticed things got quieter and quieter but I wasn't able to pay attention to it until now...I don't know what to do I don't know how to rebuild It doesn't help that I have a lot of imposter syndrome about this and God I just don't know what to do

I kinda just wanted to ramble a bit about some stuff that's been going on in our lives and whatever

* I don't think many people talk about what it's like when things are quiet as a host who's also a denial holder of some kind. Sense I've been so stressed things have been quiet but I know there still there I think but of course I'm like "erm well actually shouldn't your alters be more prominent sense your stressed" so idk

* flicker alters??? Idk how to describe these but I noticed I sometimes get alters that show up like one time or for one week and then blip gone idk why this happens

We were trying to explain to some friends earlier that saying "this person is in front" and "this person is co-conscious" isn't always the most useful phrasing for us because either of those terms can mean a lot of different things. We have our own words that we like to use to describe where folks can be in relation to our awareness.

The states on this chart are still a bit of a simplification, as we flow between them and it's more of a spectrum than a discrete set, but they're close enough to the actual language that we use to do the job.
