Mandarin Goby Mer-Person.

The mandarin goby's gender is physically defined only by the size of its dorsal fin. They tend to use their pelvic and anal fins to lay around on the ground, and usually look like they hover rather than swim. I think they're kind of a lazy fish, but that's just me.
