NEED HELP

Hello, I found a homeless cat. The cat is very calm and lovely and nice but I can’t keep her since I live in a building and have dogs. I live in New York and I worry about all the cars and some mean people around. We tried to keep the cat in between the doors in our building but one lady is super mean and keeps complaining to the super of the building and throwing away the food or tiny blanket me and nicer people in the building give the poor cat and kicks the cat out. I worry for this sweet cat. I already tried asking everyone I know if they or anyone they know can take the cat in but no one can and I don’t know what to do anymore.
