A/N: Hello okay sorry I had forgotten to update my blog with this one fic, it has been up on my ao3 account for a while but I just sadly forgot to post it here. My mind is a mess. This was a thing that I wrote in 2-4 days ? that were scattered in...months. It was meant to be a drabble but then it became a coping mechanism of sorts. Wrote for this..twice or thrice in May? then. One day went ham and finished it in one go and this is just me pouring my heart out because I needed it ashfnj so it’s personal somehow. Hope it’s enjoyable though.

Summary

There is that undeniable chemistry still lingering, so present to the point Hongbin can't deny it, but he knows the moment he steps out of the base's gate--that is also one of the things he has to mend.

It makes his breath get caught in his throat for a second-- repairing , that's something Hongbin hadn't pondered about because all had seemingly fallen into place

Welcome to Intoxicating: VALENTINE ROUND

Welcome back nbin nation! Can you feel the love in the air?

Hello there, we would like to welcome you to this very special AND fast round, this is a valentine’s project so it’s meant to be a chill round. It’s not going to be as time consuming as bingo  and we hope that you are onboard this time (let’s make Hongbin act up so badly around Hakyeon, I’m sure we all want that--). 

This is a different format than other years, we had put up a poll on our twitter which format would be best and the one that won is: song format.

We were going to release a list of songs for you to claim from, but as usual, we also want our lovely prompters to be able to interact so we ended up tweaking that a bit!

As you know, our main goal is to make all nbin enthusiasts out there happy~ all of this done by interacting with nbin nation and helping adding more fics of this precious ship to the tags - so whether you are one of our lovely prompters/readers or part of the writers who took part in the last two rounds or you are JUST stumbling upon this fest: do help us spread the word and be part of our nbin enthusiasts family!

Let’s also make the tag grow during this Special Valentine’s event!

WHAT’S THIS ROUND’S FORMAT?

By voting, this round’s format has ended up taking the form of a song prompt fest! There will be a prompt library available to you, which we will build up together throughout the prompting period so that it ends up being a group work kind of thing <3 and so that everyone has fun!

The songs will be divided also in the same fashion as we have done for the past rounds (Intoxicatingly sweet and Fully intoxicating) there will be a bit of a regular prompting take in this too that you will be able to see in the prompt form and which will be explained on the prompting post.

Other than that, there is no need to come with an ‘actual’ prompt or situation or anything! Regarding the claiming, it will be a first come first serve basis! and not as complicated as the bingo round! It will resemble (ha) the first round!

The home for all the nbin fics that will come out of this? Ao3. The timezone you ask? EST as usual!

We will communicate with participants mainly through e-mails. If you have any questions, if there is any problem which we can help you with (be it writing-wise or any other thing that may get in the way)  please do NOT hesitate to write to us! 

This fest relies HEAVILY in teamwork, that means between prompters, writers, readers and obviously mods! You as public also are part of intoxicating and can help us make this small round a success! There is never enough chabin, never ever, so if you are up for this lovey dovey Valentine’s mission (or just want to make Hongbin cringe cos ugh r o m a n c e ) then you can participate by prompting, writing, reading (this is VERY important because the writers that participate deserve ALL the love) and also by just being there with us!
