Since the “Don’t Say Gay” bill was passed today, I think it’s time for some Malicious Compliance. From what I might wrongfully understand, this bill is vague enough that heterosexual topics can be reported as well. If no one is punished for heterosexual talk, but are punished for talking about queer things, then that sets up a discrimination lawsuit.

disabled people don’t need to be “useful” or “intelligent” in order to have value. any disability activism that bases itself off of the idea that we can bring some kind of “useful addition” to society is leaving behind anyone who can’t. 

disabled people shouldn’t have to try harder at everything than abled people just to prove that we have value and worth as human beings.
