//i got some devastating news that i won't be able to go to university after all and need to withdraw before even starting so my activity here will either increase or zero out more, idk which. sorry in advance either way.
Hunter stammers to his feet, mouth agape, the shock that permeates his aura almost makes him look a few years younger but it subsides under the tenuous furrow of his brow and the gnashing of his teeth.
"... I'had that since second year-! Why'd it break-?!" Hazardous thuds over to the defunct accoutrement and began picking up a few of the scattered beads. Reaching under the narrow space between the board's supports and the ground he finds that his knuckles are too big to allow entry.
" .. no... its stuck under there...?" He bellowed low and pathetically like a child.
Hazardous spins on his heel, one fist clutching an odd number of the scattered projectiles, the other abruptly reaching out for Riel.
He grasps the boy's collar in a yanking motion, pulling him towards him, trying to haul him over to the scene of the tragedy.
"Yer' a whispy little f♡g, use yer butterfly arms t'get it for me! It's just there-"
His eyes wandered from the scene before him to the classroom door, still wide open and only minimally blocked by a few bodies, none he couldn't simply shove aside to make his escape--
"Gah!"
Riel exchanged an almost 'help me' glance to one of the nearby students but they were both well aware it was pointless. Not many chose to get in H's way when he was in action. He was quite like a tornado in that way.
"Okay okay!" He growls out, now nose to nose with dust bunnies and chalk residue. He pushes his sleeves up past the elbow and carefully reaches his hand into the small space, fingers splayed out.
He secures one easily, jerking his arm back out to hold it up. "How many of em fell in here anyways? You gotta count cause i'm not laying in here all day catching some mystery disease from all this filth."
Tanner's eyes flicked up from the packet of gauze he was irritatingly struggling to open.
"W.. What?"
A held his wrist out toward him as the plastic gave way to his tugging.
"If I did fight back. Say I did start hitting you when you decided to get in my face like you always do. Or like H does, even C. If I swung at you- regardless if I hit or if it were hard. Would you even stop? Would it do anything at all to change the way things play out? I don't think it would, so I don't expend my energy on it. Even if it weren't my policy to play at pacifist. If it doesn't change the result, why should I bother?"
T frowned, holding the edge of the white bandage to the thin red slits with his thumb. He moved it slowly around the thin wrist until it covered where he held and he could let go. He moved that hand to hold onto A's elbow instead, keeping the limb steady as he wrapped over and over, pale skin disappearing under sterile cotton.
"I don't know." He answered truthfully. "Maybe... probably not."
"Why do you think that is?"
He wrinkled his nose, fastening the end of the roll with silver clasps and quickly putting a slip of tape over them. He sat back and ran a hand through his hair.
"What is this, therapy hour?"
A rolled his shoulders as he drew his arm back, examining the other boy's work. "Gods no. Although they say that there's a correlation between broken people and the psychology field." He stood. "We somehow always end up having these kinds of conversations when we're alone, T. Maybe you're the one with the knack for this sort of thing, huh? Well, see you around."
"Wait!" T rose following after him toward the door. "What do you mean by that?"
A paused, a grin on his lips. "Maybe you'll figure it out someday, T."

"Tanner?"
He turned and all at once ten years caught up to him.
"Yes?"
"Your 9:30 is here."
Tanner adjusted his tie, grabbed the now luke warm coffee mug and strode out into the hall.

Tanner won't bother A if B is nearby, because B freaks him out too much. B's oddness is different from what he perceives A's oddness as. It's unsettling, uncanny, and he hates it.
A figured it out quickly enough and when he truly can't find it in himself to deal with T, he'll ensure he spends a lot more time around B so he can find some peace for a while.
But he never sticks around him too long, not wanting to drag the other into his problems, despite the fact everyone in the house is aware B is more than happy to get involved in petty squabbles for the hell of it.
