I got tired of looking through all of the wikis for pin evolution charts and where to obtain pins so I just made a spreadsheet for each game that includes pin number, image, ways to obtain and evolution methods. It's noting fancy and the intro page is an incomplete flaming mess but I did include a column to fill with inventory status. I know a friend converted that to a checked box for each pin, I just colored each line, either works. Just make a copy for yourself on sheets if you want to use it.
