Peridot had a pretty funny way of accepting compliments, but S let it slide, watching the strange green girl in a mixture of confusion and amusement. “…Meep-Morps? So, how are these.. meep-morps different from art?”

What even WAS a meep-morp? S was pretty sure that was not a real word, but she’d roll with it. Might as well.

💎 * “Uh? What?” Peridot hadn’t given the distinction much thought - mostly because no one ever questioned it. Boy, humans were curious creatures. “Well, um, Meep-Morphs are made using several different pieces of interesting items myself and Lazuli found around the barn and various other places.”

         Huh, another chick with a gem on her forehead. Seemed to S like there          was some kind of fashion trend going down. She didn’t get it, but.. more          power to those who followed it. The green skin was a surprise, but, she          could only guess that it was paint – that seemed a fair assumption. 

         “Nice place.” She offered after a moment, squinting up at the barn. “It’s          like some freaky modern art piece.”

💎 “Much thanks, human!” Peridot cheered before pushing open the barn. “I’ve heard that term before - art. I’m afraid you are wrong though. These pieces are called Meep-Morphs. Myself and my roommate make them together.” The gem continued walking as she spoke, hands waving around to various pieces about the inside the barn. “My personal favourite is this one. I call it Tape Recorder.”

Peridot is nearly entirely blind. She can’t anything on her own - since minerals were running out when she was made. So, the only piece of enhancement gear that she kept was her visor - which serves like a pair of glasses to the small gem.
