1 the real issue with unchecked "hallucinations" is that they are lies/untruths

2 and those propagate

3 lying at one point and then never double checking will just lead to other people propogate it

4 a mistruth in a comment becomes a mistruth in a documentation becomes a mistruth in branding

5 at no point do they dare review the output with any fine tooth comb

6 just a mild "oh that seems good"
