Iâm the host and bpd holder, and I feel horrible about needing so much help from my headmates. I have been having a horrible mental health week, between nearly losing our friends, losing autonomy, and panic attacks, and I screamed and sobbed at the headmate who was trying to help and let me destress by taking front that if xey took over I would never let xem front again since I can control who fronts. I feel like I burden other people by clawing at the walls of my misery, saying things like âI deserve to suffer and hurtâ and openly being suicidal, and I feel like Iâm guilt tripping people for saying this stuff even though I need to get it off my chest. Iâm not even supposed to be in front, someone else was supposed to be hosting right now so I didnât but I saw this blog on the tumblr feed and really needed to say this.
