🎅104 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS🎅 🌟 🎄 🎄🎄 🎄🎄🎄 🎄🎄🎄🎄 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 🎁🎁🎁
I don’t think people realize when you have a mental health disorder that seeking help is not the first step people take.
People who are experiencing changes in their mental condition don’t promptly make an appointment with their doctor. They just try to get by as best they can without anyone knowing about it.
Because of the stigma of having a mental illness, seeking help becomes a last resort.
That’s why we need awareness campaigns. That is why we need educational programs on mental disorders. That’s why we need to stop pretending mental illnesses are ‘other people’s problems’ and don’t effect us. You have someone in your life, your work, your school, your circle of friends and acquaintances, who is struggling with a mental disorder right now and they’re not talking about it.
So low right now it's unreal...
Adorable :)

A rather late introduction to myself....
Well hello reader, I always find it strange when one has to write about themselves, especially if you are me which means you are pretty un-exciting and a tad boring. I mean my dustbin goes out more that I do and I like nothing more than an evening in with a cup of tea and a chocolate hobnob, but here goes... I believe in being kind to people and accepting people for who they are. I am a huge animal lover and can often be found at the local duck pond laughing hysterically when they bob about in the water with just their bums showing hehe, its the little things in life that cause me amusement. I am a 'Happy Clappy Christian' and proud. Jesus is at the centre of who I am and I hope to live a life that is pleasing to him. I suffer from Bipolar and Borderline Personality Disorder which has its trials but I am blessed with an amazing support network. So what else to share about myself... I am a lesbian and also consider myself to be A-sexual. This has its struggles especially being a Christian. I go to a loving church but I know that should I pursue a relationship I may not be able to do the roles I do now. Sometimes I see the A-Sexual side of me a real blessing in that I don't desire sexual intimacy so therefore being single is not a huge burden, however I also feel like I was wired wrong and am not at all normal which can lead to me feeling really isolated. I am still trying to accept myself and find peace in who I am. I am a work in progress and God has not finished with me yet. I am blessed to have 4 beautiful nieces whom I adore. I live with amazing foster parents and I guess despite my struggles my life is pretty ok. I love Ducks and Dolphins, sing star, games and all things cute and fluffy oh and I also own tortoises, real ones not cuddly ones and I still have all my own teeth and body parts.... So there you have it, that is me and my crazy existence.....hopefully you are still reading this and have not died of boredom.
Feeling a huge sense of loss and panic - being discharged never gets easier :'(
