Are you a “can’t write dialogue” writer or a “can’t describe anything” writer
“You’re worrying too much Zesh. It was just a small prank. He wasn’t hurt or anything.” Narri quickly strides over to her brother who hurried off from the establishment when they had their food in hand. This was just supposed to be a lunch hour before they returned to wherever they needed to be, and frankly, being trouble with the small dining owner wasn’t exactly the best was to go about it. Sure, he seemed a little too disgruntled about serving them, but Narri was just placing some fun in his life by messing with him a little with the Force. Narri tended to let her childish tendencies to get the better of her. Zesh on the other hand, wasn’t as amused with the situation at hand. They had to be careful waving their abilities about wherever they were. If not, serious trouble could follow.
“That’s besides the point, Narri. The point is that he could’ve banned us from the shop if he found out we did that to him. Or worse, we could’ve gotten in serious trouble for wandering off to mess with other people. Narri, we can’t keep doing that. It’s funny, sure. But, it won’t be when the law is on our head. I really like that shop, too. Best meat.” He muttered. Thankfully they had their credits that they both combined to purchase their favorite food, but Narri thought of it a good idea to start waving her force abilities to turn the Holo on and off on the wall to mess with the main owner of the shop thinking the TV were either old or missing a few wires. Even then, that scenario would have turned a few heads when they were out in the open with Narri trying to subtly wave her hand about the Hologram.
One little tidbit I like about Zesh is that he’s very particular about the things he wants. Sometimes, he’ll come off blunt saying it. like an example of letting them leave the temple for a bit with Narri and she’s trying to sweeten the deal, just imagine Zesh be like “listen, we’d like to go out for some time on our own. We’ll b back before sundown.” And I feel like their masters like his more direct approach? Sure, it gets him into trouble at times as being “blunt fully honest” but, as Jedi, honesty is key. if they are going out, then they go out as long as they stay together and not cause trouble. getting into fights or pranking or whatever young Jedi would do. New flash: Narri breaks that second rule pretty often.
I’ve... been away. Which is a huge understatement. But. I’m finally back for a little while to enjoy myself on my birthday which I hope to give this blog the most needed attention after being gone for so long. oof.
Hey! Thanks for the starter. I'm working on a draft for it right now. I read a lot of your page and before I do much more I just want to make sure I am clear. This is the First Order verse that you have right? so he's 19-21? I'm excited for this!
It’s no problem at all! I;m excited for more trooper and Jedi/Ex Jedi interaction! But you’d be right! They’re both 19, but in actuality, they’d be 17 in human years. in human years by this point. Both Zesh and Narri!

Surveying his new surroundings the Apprentice is distracted enough by the planet’s various sites and sounds not to notice the other’s approach, nearly jumps out of his ropes when he hears them. Turning around the Apprentice’s eyes widen at the site of just who it was speaking to him.
This was bizarre. Normally locating his target was half the battle, but it appears that this time they had found him, albeit seemingly unwittingly…
❝ I know❞
He replies, voice leveled, reaching to unclip the saber from his belt. It’s red blade igniteswith a single tap of a button.
“Oh...” Narri’s heart instantly dropped upon seeing the formation of the red blade ignite in front of her. And today was going to be a GREAT day. Narri supposed that it was just a matter of time before someone would’ve found her family and her. Narri slowly backed up. “H-Hold on! There’s no need for fighting! We’re not even Jedi anymore. Why kill me when I haven’t done anything wrong?” Suppose that she shouldn’t have included the “we” part meaning there are multiple Jedi on the planet. Was it Starkiller’s knowledge there was two? Or just her? “Besides, are you really going to do this out in the open?” What didn’t cross Narri’s mind at the time is that he must’ve not cared. He’s got the target, but was he really going to be able with a clear conscience to kill two kids?
Zesh can be very finicky when it comes to thinking outside the box. He believes he’s book smart or direction smart so, if something doesn’t go his way, he tends to feel bad for himself believing that things should’ve gone right. he believes that there is a reason that things should go his way even after careful calculation or insight. he still shares this flaw until the end of the empire era where everyone got a happy ending and the galaxy was free from the empire’s reign.

“ There ain't no way that i'm gonna give you the satisfaction “
“Then I guess we’re at a stalemate, huh? I’m not admitting I’m losing.”
I hope I get to write my sith verse more because like I headcanon the following in it:
Narri develops her yellow/orange eye color more prominently then Zesh does.
Zesh is weaker in the blade and Narri is weaker in her studies.
Narri, once becoming a Apprentice would probably use two sabers to cover her height knowing that her mass could slow her down, and Zesh would stick to one mainly using the force as his weapon.
Zesh is heavily prideful of himself meaning that if someone believes he can’t do something, he’ll do what he can to prove them wrong.
Narri will probably look for any reason to fight or kill someone in her Sith verse. If you so much as annoy Narri, expect being force choked or dead. She wants to prove she’s the better and stronger Sith.
As stated, they’re rivals. They’re always looking to one up the other. Aka sabotage, arguing, dueling it out in the arena being watched by instructors, etc. They COULD kill each other, but Narri would miss messing with her brother and Zesh would miss having someone around to prove he’s smarter. I’ll have to work more on their rival headcanons tbh
strcngered:
Long strides are taken through the narrow hall, unflinching as weaker sith scrambled to evade his step. From the moment he first set foot on Korriban, Nihl was a force to be reckoned with. His use of the force was chaotic, and unlike anything his counterparts had seen before. Untrained and wild, he refused to limit himself to picking a side of the force. It was a tool, and more importantly, it was his tool. Damn everyone else’s definitions, his relationship to the force wasn’t for them to decide.
With the promotion from Lord Krayt’s Fist to his Hand, Nihl knew it would come as an advantage if he perfected being able to manipulate the dark side. And there was no way to achieve that without practice. The closer he got to the arena, the stronger the force signature of another became. It was a child, one of two he’d been watching. Like him, the duo were from an unknown world, and of an unfamiliar species. They weren’t like other Sith children, they were outsiders among their peers. And it fascinated Nihl immensely.
The door to the arena is thrown open with a harsh push in the force, Reflective golden eyes land on green scales, and Nihl recognises the child as the boy. Currently he was the weaker of the two, but held great potential. Interest reflected in pale features. What lied underneath that meek, soft appearance?
“I thought it would be you.” Nihl mused as he stepped closer, eyeing the child up with dark curiosity. “You are not of Korriban, or of the central systems. Speak your name, boy.”
Well, he WAS headed to the arena for his practice saber training. But, apparently that wouldn’t need to be the case as sudden doors slammed open sending the skittish Acolyte jumping for a moment. Unlike Narri, Zesh had been more keen to learn about the Dark Side and study it’s uses. Automatically he could feel eyes on him, His neck craned back to view who could just open the doors as such. And loe and behold, a dark robed sith stared back at him. Of what expression could be etched into that face? Zesh wasn’t sure. He honestly couldn’t tell for the life of him. The thing Zesh learned about the Sith is their unpredictability. They could be calm one moment, and in the next sent into a flying rage that could make anyone pee themselves from said fear. Zesh, is one of them. He may not seem like Sith material, but in Zesh’s defense, knowledge is more powerful than a blade.
Zesh’s scales crawled with uneasiness from his tone of voice. A calm before the storm? Perhaps this is what it was. Zesh had to be on edge. “No, M’lord. I’m not from the central systems. My name is Zesh. That’s only my name.” He wasn’t given a last one. It seemed fitting for a alien of his stature that he was given no last name. Insulting as it might be, the Empire’s view of aliens were very... strained. It’s a well known fact humans were favored. Zesh and Narri were allowed due to their potential as twins. But, saw one another as only rivals. Nothing more. “I wasn’t aware that a Sith Lord would be visiting the arena today. I hope I will not be a distraction to you.” Zesh stated leaning down and picking the training saber into his claws which admittedly were a little small for him due to his hand size for his species.
@starcrossedkiller
“Y’ know... carrying stuff around like that is kinda bad, y’know.” Narri said to the other pointing a claw at the lightsaber at his belt. It were like he were asking for a death wish. If he’s carrying it around for just for show, then he’s definitely asking for trouble. Especially for trouble when it’s nearby the home of Zesh and Narri who were once Jedi Padawans themselves who still carry their lightsabers to this day just in case that anything were to happen. If Imperials had found them, or maybe someone else who wanted them dead. Imperials weren’t the only ones who wanted them dead. Bounty Hunters too. Narri was just trying to be helpful to him so he doesn’t get caught waving that around. Thankfully, Imperials were the least of their troubles on Rishi.

“..”
His expression held nothing but remorse at this point. Damn him for being ignorant. It was just one battle that he wanted to take apart of with his sister. To feel that excitement of being apart of something greater. To push back a crowd of First Order Troopers that held tightly onto a village. The allies sent a distress call to them and Narri and Zesh were going to be apart of it. Jedi. Like they used to be so many years ago. Zesh might’ve just lost his touch. Or, maybe even for a split second he thought that he could change something with a saber in hand. His old green saber now confiscated from him to be placed into a lockdown area of the sort. HIs hands currently bound in cuffs. Fear that this might be his last day in life. And he never got to see his sister again. He hoped to god that Narri had escaped at least. Because, if he’s gone, then she’s alone. Their father died of an accident only a couple years ago being in his seventies. He could only wonder if it were intentional with his past life catching onto him. Then, bootsteps began to approach. The lifting of his head to find...
A stormtrooper. Or, rather a First Order Trooper. His expression of guilt turned into a nasty frown. He turned his head back to his claws bound in cuffs shaking his head at the other. “I’ve got nothing to say to you. I’m pretty much dead anyway.” Zesh depressingly said. If this is it, then he supposed he did it out of a good cause to free people from a Empire that rose again. To not be on the sidelines. “Just do what you have to do and get it over with.” His young tone finally spoke adjusting his body to face the trooper staring at him with a fire in his expression.
During Order 66, the Ochaid family tried to move around from planet to planet to hide out in. But, where there were life and resources, the Empire too followed. They at first stayed at Ord Mantell where Bennett’s good friend and social contact stayed. They only stayed there for a few weeks, but it only stayed for a few weeks as they had to cover their trail so no one could follow them so they could stay missing. Bennett had to start faking his names again which did cost quite a bit of credit, but, it was worth it to keep his kids safe from harm. (now 12 in human years). Zesh and Narri developed some serious paranoia and PTSD from the slaughter at the temple with Zesh developing some serious nightmares about the clone troopers finding them, thus becoming clingy towards Narri and Bennett. So, with no options left to go to, they went back to the old tropical home back on Rishi where Zesh and Narri grew up in. This is where Zesh and Narri mainly worked in shipyards and actually is their canon in threads where it mainly takes place on the tropical shipyards and catwalks of Rishi which is very important because Rishi is where their old home was and will be their home for a while. Thus, they can’t risk going anywhere without tipping off the Empire. Besides what Imperials would want to come to a planet full of neutral species that have no use to them?
@hopespectre
“Your crew really did a number on this thing. How did you all get your ship to be THIS bad?” The green twin inquired taking a glance around the ship. The ship looked like it went through hell and back to this bad. His digits connects with the outer hull of the ship allowing the tips of his fingers and claws to trace against it. He couldn’t exactly detail what metal it was made out of. It’s study, But, weak enough to suffer from-
“Ooo! Are these blaster bolts?” Narri chirped out of nowhere clearly on top of the ship with her fathers tools in hand. They could see the smoky black trails of what seemed like ship blaster bolts. She’s seen them before! After her master and her almost got killed by a Separatist ambush in the Clone Wars having been stranded on a planet, thankfully by a civilized colony of aliens to call for support. Those were the best five days stranded on the planet she’s ever experienced. “That’s so cool! Are you guys adventurers or something?”
@lothwulf
Suppose she shouldn’t. She’s met Hera only briefly when Narri and Ezra got to talking for a bit. From the looks of it, she a tough cookie. It reminded Narri of her father a lot. Someone who would be willing to fight for something they believed in. Whatever it is that required a full crew, Narri wanted to be apart of it. To find that sense of adventure she had years ago from another lifetime. But, that was gone and Zesh and her father needed her. Hopping from off the stacks amounts of barrels she had found a seat on, she approaches the new friend. “What do you need me to do?” She inquired huffly.
