finally watched "the mandalorian" and now i have a new hyperfixation. i got so dedicated that now i went and watched the Mandalore arcs on "the clone wars" for extra context and to see if i could trust Bo-Katan and holy crap??? where was star wars television all my life???? like I've watched all of "the mandalorian" and 20 episodes of "the clone wars" and i have come to the conclusion star wars movies are good, but the tv shows are like ten levels ahead. just me? well i exposed myself.

thank you! i’m very late to the game but now in it nonetheless. kinda obsessed lol. i looked up a list of all the mandalore-related episodes and started there and i was floored by the quality.

If the Mandalorian hadn't come out, I'd be done with Star Wars.

that's fair. the sequel trilogy was bad. that's why I put off "the mandalorian" for so long. now after watching "the mandalorian" and episodes of "the clone wars", i am excited about star wars again. lowkey excited and anxious about all the new shows they announced. we'll see how it goes.

Tbh the sequel trilogy could have been good if they hadn't hired Jar Jar Abrams to do it. Literally anyone else could have done it better. And yes I'm anxious about the new stuff too but we'll see

yeah. "the force awakens" was an unoriginal retread of "a new hope" and that's really annoying in a franchise where the movies build off one another. i disliked "the last jedi", but honestly i think rian johnson did what he could with everything jj set up. and don't get me started on "rise of skywalker." Also having a PLAN would have helped. 😕
