Since I’m trying to get this muse back, like this for a starter if you’re a mutual.

I want to make this known; it’s OKAY to flirt with my muse, it’s okay to say flirty things to them, yes, they may not react to it, they may not respond to it positively, but know as a mun I’m 100% OKAY with it. Especially if my muse is clearly attractive appearance wise, go a head, flirt with them, if my muse is your muse’s type, it’s okay to flirt, we don’t have to be shipping, we don’t ever have to ship to have you flirt with my muse; I WONT think you’re pushing a ship on me either. But I just feel that some people are scared to have their muse be flirty to another because we a muns might take it the wrong way.

 I’m not saying this goes for everyone, but I’m letting you know that it doesn’t make me uncomfortable and I’m fine with it.

     Well, damn, what was he supposed to say to that? He would probably become flustered having her rest on him, but he didn’t want to be rude to her -- Wait, he was rude to everyone, well, as far as he was culturally allowed. 

         “...No.”

"We're alone now, you could kiss me." ( iT'S SO OOC AND HE'S PROBABLY SAYING THIS AS A JOKE BUT OH MY GOD I HAD TO )

        “Oreki-san… it isn’t proper of me to kiss you with the circumstances we’re in,” Chitanda spoke in a timid voice, her cheeks growing rosy with embarrassment, visibly flustered at how dauntless the male became. For once, she couldn’t read his expression. The enigma that was Houtarou Oreki had rendered her a blushing and speechless mess.

        “W-we should be focusing on getting out of this shed…” And yet, she drew closer to him, fiddling with her fingers, hinting at uncertainty and her face showing clashing emotions. “Unless you really do want to kiss me…?”

        “Oreki-san, why don’t you get up?” As always, her curiosity for his odd mannerisms was piqued, and, in an attempt to mirror him, got down on her back and rested beside him.

         “Shall we talk like this?”

          “It’s a waste of energy to get up.” 

     Ah, his energy conversation kicked in again, forcing him to stay on the ground rather than get up and seat himself in a chair.

[SPONGEBOB VOICE] ARE YOU FEELING IT NOW OREKI SAN

        “Oreki-san seems bothered.“ A harrowing thought materialize in the depths of her mind, and it brought a splotch of red to color her cheeks and ears. “O-Oreki-san… you’re…!”

        “… you’re being crushed by my weight! I’m too heavy for you, is that correct?” she said with a gasp, guilt crossing her face as she scrambled to get off of him. “I’m so sorry! I did not intend to crush your lungs! Goodness!”

     There were very few ( very very very very very few ) occasions where Oreki was glad of Chitanda’s innocence, and this was definitely one of those times. Thankful that Chitanda got off of him and didn’t know the real reason of his flustered nature, he continued to lay on the ground. 

         “Whatever.”

How do you write awkward teenage boys dealing with hormones.

        Chitanda’s stare was fixed on the boy’s flushed cheeks, her head tilting slightly to the side in confusion. She tried to read the expression on his face, but unlike most people she knew, he wasn’t an open book. He seemed to be embarrassed… most likely because a girl had managed to knock him right off the ground.

        “Have I threatened your masculinity, Oreki-san?”

          “Do I really seem to be the type to care about such a thing?”

     If anything, she was threatening his dignity ( not that he cared too much for that either, but he cared for it enough so he could live a quiet life in peace, which probably wasn’t going to happen anymore due to the influence of the Classics Club ), considering he was praying to not get too, ah, excited.

        It didn’t take much effort to pin the male onto the ground, and she knew as well as he did that he wouldn’t bother making an attempt at getting her off of him. “I was excited to see you, because I had a perplexing problem to share with you. But it appears I forgot…”

     He couldn’t help it, he flushed when Chitanda pinned him to the ground. It was rather embarrassing to have the object of his affections on top of him like this and -- no, bad, Oreki, very bad, don’t go that route brain, and he couldn’t help but stutter, “Uh, w -- what?”

        “OREKI-SAN!” Promptly headbutts the emerald-eyed male right off his feet.

          “...Was there a reason for that, Chitanda?” It took too much effort to get up, so he didn’t.

are houtaru's cheeks squishy?

     They look like they would be, but I wouldn’t suggest doing it because he might think that wasting a bit of energy to get revenge would be worth it.
