So, it’s been 30 days, and I haven’t smoked weed. I’ve been smoking since I launched this blog in 2011.

My relationship with weed changed completely after my 5gram experience with mushrooms, which I took as a last resort to heal my depression.

I found the source of my depression. I reunited with my inner child. I stood up to my demons and I saw the Divine. My inner critic vanished. My ego died. My depression left.

This is the first time in years I’ve had mental tranquility, harmony and complete inner peace.

I don’t need to get high anymore.

Plus, the weed in the UK is TRASH. I can’t vouch for how it’s grown or handled. So when I want to Zess and Vibe, I will wait until I go back to the West Indies, where I can go to the hills and take it straight from the land.

Depression has taken so many years from me. Im just grateful that my sporadic input in people’s lives didn’t cause any bonds to break.
