My existance is political

Even if it isn’t now

It was before

My skin is political

Because it holds the blood of brown sugar cane dreams

But also a shade lighter than a brown paper bag

And the DNA of a union un-allowed in Maryland, Oklahoma, Alabama, Virginia, and too many more, all the way until 1967

My gender is political

Because as free flowing as it is

It is constantly labeled and characterized by bathroom door signs and angry blank profile pictures on Twitter when it doesn’t have a character

Just a form

My sex is political

because my answer to ‘what did you wear’

Could make or break a case

Because the sight of my face

My face that social media tells me to hate and to change

Would send a society into shock

And mine song

Which I sing

As badly and as broken as a sad hymn on an out of tube guitar

Would do so much more than hurt my mothers ears

And my dreams

Already imposible enough

Would fade away with my tears

My love is political

because whom it goes to

And how I send it out

Could cost me my freedom

And eternal existence

Because even those who love freely

Can’t fathom being what they were groomed not to

And it’s a debate if I can enjoy the legal spoils and union of a love till death parts it

I find it so funny comparing how I write when I’m locked in and it’s for a romance compared to when I’m genuinely trying to take it serious but I can’t because it’s smut

Wait now that I think about it heathers x RUIKASA is genius omg wait Rui as JD and like he gets in a fight w someone because they were like bringing up his old school or called him gay or something and Tsukasa wants to step in because he’s like hall monitor or a Good Samaritan or sum but Rui is lwk putting bta on the guy so he just stands and stairs and his hair flows and sweat beads like fly and make him look majestic even though he’s in a fight wait guys what the hell that’s cooking

So turns out the fic wasn’t really an exact crossover but I still propose ruikasa x heathers

Also I read the fic and HOLY WRITING STYLE it’s so gorgeously written the words feel like a house by the Vanderbilts honestly

Love it when I understand the reference in the title of a fic

Got very curious and decided to translate a fic that was in Chinese. (I took a mandarin class from pre-k-5th grade and I was in mandarin honors but I am by no means fluent in it. At most I can recognize numbers, and so I didn’t really have an alternative). The result was this actual masterpiece.

I’m aware this is Google Translate and can likely not be what the author intended to be written, and that it often times gets errors, infact for this fic it just didn’t have the characters names right at all

but I understood the essence of it and shed a tear or two (basically two friends both male have an unrequited crush and auhhhhgg it’s so doomed)
