Well... I had just lost a job, so saw it as an opportunity to get into the sector I wanted. I gave my CV in to all of the local cafés, but I never got past the interview. I told a friend, and he reffered me to here. *chuckles* I almost didn't take the job, when I saw the uniforms, but I needed the money.

*If you were, then so far I suppose it’s working. I’ll bring a few over. *goes to get some and comes back with a couple of jam tarts, an apricot twist, and a few other fruit turnovers* *an on second thoughts maybe a few savouries as well, just in case* Well, these are the ones I’d recommend.

Pastries? *thinks a little* Well if you’re wanting something to go with your tea, I’d wholly recommend something fruity. We have jam tarts and twists in quite a few flavours… I’m rather fond of the strawberry myself. But if you’re after something else, I could get you a menu..?

*his smile turns somewhat serene* Well, I love to bake a variety of things, but I must say I think my favourites are the small sweets. Apple tartlets, fruit glazed twists, mince pies and the like. Although I do also rather enjoy making the decorative pieces.

How long have you been working here?

Well, I started working at Taylor's first, about a year ago, but it was still only a two day shift and that was simply not enough money to live off. I eventually found Novela about 4 months after that, and we managed to agree some work hours that meant I could keep both jobs.
