Dear Simblr community, can we please stop paying these people for CC they don’t give two fucks about at the end of the day? If you feel offended by my post, I am clearly calling you out. If you are the cc creator who posts this shit and you know it’s broken or there is a problem OR if you hide all of your shit behind a paywall for longer than necessary? @harrie-cc and @felixandresims​.

@grafity-cc​, can you not charge $3 to $5 on exclusive cc if you aren’t even going to finish the product and remove a VERY noticeable watermark? If I pay for exclusive CC, I would prefer it to be clean. This is not a big thing to ask for, your other CC is great.

@harrie-cc, I can not tag Harrie because she BLOCKED me on here after people called her out for making a new cc creator feel like shit for editing her meshes after she had NO TOU. Then she was so upset that she wasn’t being backed up so she made a TOU that makes no sense and STILL violates EA’s rules on paywalls and exclusive CC. This was all June 26th. I was going to respond to her after she ran to YouTube to flip the situation.

Also, in case anyone did NOT know, Felix makes at least $13,000 Euros a whole month while he sends WIP pics that are promising each month yet releases one pack of broken CC a month. Full of lines and everything. We pay for this man’s vacations and everything else and all we ask for is promising CC that isn’t broken. This is all public knowledge because he shows his patron count and you can easily do the math with the help of Google.

We have got to do better with this. We invest in these people with terrible attitudes and terrible morality. These are just a few. We all know more people who do the same thing and we simp for them so hard that we can’t even speak up for ourselves.

I refuse to support creators like @felixandresims​ (and countless others) when their meshes are simple edits, like putting EA plants into a new planters or making one set of counters (which yes is hard, but not worth the amount he charges) and putting it behind a MINIMUM $6 pledge, where you don’t even get to chose that pack each month.

His Patreon clearly states how you get sent one cc pack a month, and cannot even pick the pack or download his older sets.

He doesn’t play by EA’s clear TOU, where it states that you need to publish content after 2-3 weeks of it being behind a paywall like Patreon or Paypal.

So for this creator (and many more who also do this), I have no issue with people using links to download the content for free.

Beautiful surroundings increases motivation, and I’m quite sure the ancient Greeks knew that. Lovely temples, fountains, gardens and a spacious performance area was a luxury, but also part of the strategy to become better athletes or maybe even Olympic performers.

The athletes trained and competed naked, but yoga was not an exercise for the ancient Greeks. But for ancient Sims it is! 😅

FUN FACT OF THE DAY:

In ancient Greece or Rome, togas with purple on them were mainly worn by children (togam praetexta) or members of the senate. In Greek and Latin, their were not specific names for colors, so we do not know if they actually called this color “purple”.

Abe decided to enter the temple because he needed some sort of adventure in life. Abe needed to get away from work in the senate and Rome/Greece in general.

This is my entry for @teanmoons Temple Challenge! 

This is Maximus.  He is a fighter, a gladiator.  He was taken from his home as a young boy and trained in combat.  He has remained a positive, kind and hopeful person through all of his hardship and just wants out.  This challenge is his way.  No matter the outcome, he will be rid of his master for good. Be it through new love or death.  He will take freedom either way.
