Poi fandom, I'm disappointed. Michael Emerson, at age 65, just had his first and only SEX SCENE on his new show Evil... and not one peep about it?!?!?! Omg I've watched it 50 times already. It could've been a lot more graphic for me but, well, it was between 2 older people lol... and also on CBS. If only Showtime would've made this! On a side note the show is pretty good so far.

Advanced sketch of Finch, an addition to my latest Reese (X). It’s always pleasure to draw my favourite models.

Traditional portrait drawing is kinda therapeutic. Sort of routine and not so much fun or thrilling as an illustration, but I like the tension between confidence (I know what I’m doing and what to accomplish) and opportunity to keep learning and discovering (how exactly I’m getting there, trying something new, doing this time a some detail a bit differently). It’s completely different kind of challenge. Sometimes the result is objectively fine, likeness and everything, but it still does not feel like ‘mine’…I’m glad this one does (as well as above referred Reese). So this may be it not the last.
