Parallel Play means being in the same room as someone else but doing two different activities.
I think Billy likes to hang out in Stu's room, mostly to get him out the house. They don't talk, but they sit in the same area. I think Billy would be the type of person to focus on his homework while Stu is playing a game. They don't have to speak, they just have to be in the same area.
Support swapping is exactly how it sounds- you help someone with something and they help you.
I think Billy does this by often reminding Stu to take his meds [for add, which is a personal hc], Stu reminds Billy to drink water, Billy reminds Stu to check on his dog, and Stu reminds Billy when to take a break from something if he's been focused for too long.

I think Billy often needs to be grounded after a rough day. And something that helps is Stu laying on him. Stu will lay on him, more directly on his chest because Billy needs to feel 'crushed'. [Billy won't admit it, but if Stu ever gets up he gets pissy.]
Penguin Pebbling is when someone is often gifted something small, like a pebble, as a little present.
I think Billy does this way too often. He doesn't even like being outside, but if he sees a neat Little Rock he will pick it up and shove it into his pocket until the next time he sees Stu.
Stu happily takes the rocks and puts them around him room. Sometimes Billy will even put them in the collection by himself so Next time Stu looks there's a few more to look at. [Maybe there's also a cool leaf or two-]

Billy will take any book Stu has, and highlight a couple words or maybe a full sentence, book mark it, and put it back for Stu to find. It's never anything crazy, but when Stu does see it he likes it. Because Billy is communicating with him in a new form.
