“Oh well.. fuck this.”
“Are you using a dating app?”
“I can’t take off my glasses otherwise all this so called spring fashion around me will burn my eyes.
“You could use a little spring color in your wardrobe, it’s kind of boring.”
“Ah- I think you dropped something…”
“Did I?”
“How kind of you. Most people wouldn’t have tried returning it.”
I made a friend on the flight over; her name was Barbara, she was seventy three and let me tell you - holy moly, she had the most interesting life story. Now I can’t tell you everything because you know, one of the most important parts of friendship is trust, but I will definitely be calling Barbara at the weekend to check up on her and her relationship status with Woody.
“Sounds like an amazing flight across the pond - not. I’d much rather be sleeping in first class with a cooling eye mask rejuvenating my skin.”
A “come as you were in high school” party? Amazing, I just hope my mom will be able to watch Alice for an hour so that Aiden and I can come and see everybody — and that I can still fit into my old cheerleading uniform, although that second one seems like more of a fantasy. I guess it’s time to make some alterations. What will you be wearing?
“I still can’t believe that you actually went through pregnancy and still look like a queen. You give women like me hope if we ever wanted to have a child. - If I showed up dressed how I did in high school, no one would know me. I can’t do that.”
txtmsg: open
gwen: you threw up on my shoes last night.
gwen: i hope you know you're paying to get them cleaned.
Cora: I would never do that
What are you doing standing over there by the door? Come in, come in! It’s okay, I promise.
“I don’t know if that’s the best idea. Small children and I, we don’t mix. I’ll just admire from afar.”
“Usually I prefer my orgasms to happen in a much more southern region, if you catch my drift, but damn I might reconsider only eating this for the rest of my life if it makes my taste buds feel this good.”
“Tell me, is it worth the sixty minutes of cardio it’s gonna take to burn those calories off?”
“Don’t act like you’re so opposed about it, princess.” Jake bobbed his head forward, his roguish looks fading as his brows furrowed at the bracelet she was sporting. “Shall I bow before you whilst doing so? Maybe even offer a back massage and complimentary foot rub?”
She scoffed at the male’s nonchalance, leading her to roll her eyes before returning his gaze. “See, that all sounds real nice. But the fact of the matter is, Jake, I’d never let you lay one little bony finger on me, even for a massage.”
“Yeah we all surely do. You don’t even wanna hear the rest.”
“Humor me. I have time.”
“I dont know? Does this means you are not interested in doing something?”
“I’ve just never been approached by a stranger asking me to hang out. It’s just not something that people do..”
“Whatever, grumpy. Its a cool story and you clearly can not understand the awesomeness of it. — Do you want a drink?”
“Sure, Andy. To both of those things.”

@parkeslife101: @coracora what kind of friend would i be if i did that?
@coracora: one that doesn't complain about helping their friends on social media? @parkeslife101
“Are you kidding? It’s an amazing show. I love their clothes as well.”
“I see. Don’t you think a few people here look like the cast?”
“Not even in the pool? Ya know that’s what everyone’s doin’, right? Though don’t let me stop your sunbathin’ fun. I’ll trust ya I guess. Though maybe it’s the alcohol that’s got me doin’ stupid shit.”
“No, not even in the pool. The chlorine would ruin my blonde locks.” She grinned. “The alcohol? You mean you don’t always do stupid shit like that?”
“Combination of a bunch of things I’m sure,” he mumbled, rubbing his eyes for a quick moment. “But I can absolutely get you a drink or two. Wouldn’t want to let you down.”
“I think you need some air instead, honey.” She stated, her head nodding towards the door. “I’ll even join you.”
“What? A hit as in like music? Sure they have, it’s Britney Spear’s Womanizer but you’re just having none of it, Blondie. Drinks are on the house, this is Abe’s and my party after all —- and I think you need a drink, grouchy. Consider it a belated birthday gift from me to you, though, if I had it my way - it wouldn’t just be drinks on the house.”
“No, a hit as in murder you because you’re annoyingly obnoxious.” She held up her arm, flashing the VIP bracelet around her wrist. “Aw, I thought you might buy me a drink anyway. Could you at least go fetch me some? Thanks, babe.”
