This is my roleplay blog for my Chicago-verse OC, Cora!
To give a bit of back story:
Cora had a rough childhood. Her mother is a flaky druggie and her father is an abusive alcoholic so she pretty much had to raise herself. Always guarded always on high alert.
Fast forward.
She ends up at an abandoned warehouse party and steps outside because she gets too overwhelmed. Little to her knowledge she was followed by a group of men who ended up sexually assaulting her at knife point around the back of the building. The building catches on fire and they leave, leaving her alone and traumatized. The one to find her was Hank Voight. She was naked, bloody and afraid but he gains her trust slowly and wraps her up in a warm blanket taking her at her pace to an ambulance. She cries and begs him to stay, and he never leaves her side. All through the rape kit he holds her hand and talks her through, even talking to his team shes safe with him.
Long story short she falls in love with him as much as he gathers feelings for her and she ends up safe and happy.
He introduces her to herrmann and everyone at 51 and becomes super close to herrmann and he becomes her father and even pays for her to have her last name changed officially to his 💕☺️💕 his kids all love and accept her as a big sister and cindy smothers her with maternal love she missed out on.
