i think it’s sad how much the ID chips are overlooked in Clone wars and even the fandom. yes the mindcontol chips are horrific but what about the id chip in the clone’s wrist? this chip is common enough knowledge that non-GAR officials know about it. if it’s such common knowledge, why don’t the jedi ever mention it? why do barely any fanfics deal with the fact that the clones don’t have just 1 slave chip but 2? that they are assigned not just a number but tagged so that they can easily be scanned and “returned to their owner”.

(i know the episode that the wrist chips were revealed is considered a “boring droid” episode but that’s gregor’s intro too! i thought people loved my boi gregor)

Star Wars if Anakin opened up to people actually would be the better one. He had so many people reach out to help him and he didn’t accept it. He hid things from them, he stayed closed off out of fear. Anakin had the support he needed. He just didn’t lean on it.

Re-watching the clone wars series is a religious experiance because Obi Wan Kenobi is really That Bitch and it's pretty funny in hindsight.

Anakin is supposed to be the wild one yet this man flirts his way into everything, disobeys jedi orders/rules, gets the shit kicked out of him at least once per arc, then leaves with a sassy remark or pun that angers literally everyone in the vicinity.

Everyone in the galaxy knows his name and is either painfully in love, hates his guts or both. It's a miracle he got as far as he did.
