We had the opportunity to help harvest olives in October with Chris, who owns a beautiful olive farm in Paso Robles, California. Shortly after the harvest, the olives were pressed, an amazing process to see in person. Now we are pleased to offer “Maya's Arbequina” (a CORD + NZ Press collab), a Fall harvest Spanish varietal featuring a herbaceous and grassy taste with mild notes of pepper.
