What does “false savior foolish Venus” mean?

it’s a kind of.. title? i came up with after seeing the most recent walpurgis no kaiten trailer, where homura looks into a pocket mirror with the words “dumme venus” inscribed on it. i’ve always seen her as someone with good intent, but the way she went about trying to save the person she loved most destroyed her and madoka, partially because it was done out of greed and ignorance :( hence, could you call her a true savior? likewise, would madoka have become god without homura’s time loop? is SHE a true savior? much to ponder here
