we often find ourselves...

...thinking about a lot of 'what ifs'.

what if, we had acted differently? what if he had said something else? what if we were or weren't there?

more than wishful thinking these are ways of beating ourselves up. we keep thinking about what we did wrong in a situation that has passed and we can do nothing about anymore.

we need to catch ourselves the moment we atart thinking this way and put a stop to such fruitless thinking. these thoughts are not benefitting anyone, so they are best put to rest ✨
