Black Eyed Children (or black eyed kids) are an urban legend and are supposedly young children between the ages of 6 and 16 with pale skin, almost like a corpse, and black eyes. These paranormal creatures are reportedly seen hitchhiking or panhandling, sometimes encountered on doorsteps of residential homes. Those who report encounters with them often feel that the children are somehow evil and extremely dangerous though they couldn’t explain why.
