Had to go to the job centre yesterday to take in some paperwork for my Universal Credit claim. It was straightforward enough, or would have been if the staff working on the benefit were trained properly in how it works. 1 hour and 2 staff later they managed up load the 2 simple pieces of paperwork they needed to see. This didn't include waiting time!

All I lost was time but news storiee tell of major, serious issues The system is broken and causes serious harm to.claimants, including death. No more it must be stopped.
