I guess when he said he was getting rides he wasn’t kidding. How does he do that that fast…

~ Calliope smiles proudly. Like a “that’s my kid” smile. She approaches the Rayquaza and gives it a pet. Urania approaches one of the pokeballs, taking it in her hand. ~

These are the.. pokemon you speak of, Night?

Yup. And speaking of which.

*Night unholsters his pokeball and presses the button. Revealing a shiny Rayquaza.*

Woah. You had that this whole time?!

Maybe.

~ Now Urania is doing the proud “that’s my kid” look. She doesn’t exactly understand what a rayquaza is and what its significance is, but she pats him on the shoulder and smiles at him nonetheless. ~

*Grunty looks at all of them, finding colors or names on the bottom and things swiftly get sorted and handed out. Grunty opens his to find a luxray with gear. He slips on the vest and links himself with the luxray. Giving it a few pats.*

~ Calliope does her best to open the pokeball, it takes her a moment but she gets it eventually. Inside was a houndoom. She’s quick to kneel down and pet it as it licks her hand. Urania struggles with the pokeball for a little while longer than Calliope, eventually going to Night for help. She seems a little embarrassed about it. ~

*Night fidgets with it for a bit due to a jammed button but eventually gets it open.*

A… lunala?! Where the hell did Sky even get this?

*Orange gets situated on top of his new solgaleo.*

I don’t know but its cool.

~ Urania is hesitant to approach the Pokemon, holding out her hand like you would to a dog or cat. It seems the Lunala is as equally hesitant as her. Eventually, it warms up to her presence, placing its head under her hand. ~

It’s.. it’s cute, isn’t it?

~ Calliope is too busy showing off her Houndoom to Grunty to really care. ~

*Grunty seems to really like the houndoom. Icekey gets on his ninetales. Universe pops his open to find a rather large bug.*

*he grabs the riding gear. Seems like theres riding gear for each new pokemon. Fuse hopping on his arcanine fusion.*

~ Calliope hesitates before hopping on the Houndoom, giving it many pets afterwards. She talks to it in a baby voice. ~

Aren’t you a good boy? Yes you are!

~ She directs it over near Fuse. Urania struggles to get the riding gear on Lunala, but she gets it on eventually. When she gets on the Pokemon, it looks like she’s holding on for dear life. Calliope turns to Fuse. ~

*Sky comes walking back with a few more pokeballs.*

~ Calliope nods and waits for the others to get their companions as Urania tries to desperately find a comfortable way to ride this strange creature. At one point, I’m pretty sure she almost falls, but she catches herself. Calliope hides her snickers. ~

*Sammy gets the saddle on his spectrier. Paul gets the gear on his tropius. Lily just hops onto her gogoat with no gear. Patrick fits his talonflame. And finally bobble climbs on his swampert.*

~ There’s the sound of footsteps, footsteps that break into a run, and all of a sudden Dido is rushing to meet the others at the beach, waving frantically. Urania is a bit startled, and moves in front of Night protectively at the sight of this unknown person running towards them. Calliope, on the other hand, takes a few steps forward and opens her arms to her niece. ~

*Mewtwo steps out a bit and gives a small wave. Kyogre lightly slaps Mewtwo and can be heard scolding mewtwo for just creepily lingering in the trees.*

~ She realizes it wouldn’t be appropriate to tell the others that Mewtwo had imprisoned Sky and his revolution as weak pokemon in his temple. ~

He extended his hospitality to Sky and his revolution.

*Kyogre gently follows behind. Grunty looks like he might explode of excitement.*

Ahem, yes hello. Apologies for my staring. I am not used to outsiders.

~ Both Calliope and Urania lower their weapons, although Calliope still hasn’t let her guard down. ~

~ Dido looks a little confused as well. ~

*Bramble gives a soft smile. Orange looks stressed and Mewtwo just looks kinda sad.*

He’s been doing okay, although him and rayquza have been disappearing into the woods for hours and not telling anyone where they’re going…

~ That alone is enough to cause concern for Calliope, and she takes Fuse’s hand for comfort. ~

*When they finally reach the small camp Sky hops down from his perch in a tree where he was reading a document.*

*He rushes over and hugs Calliope. Majority of the gods exclaim the same thing at the same time*

Lets just say this isn’t the first time we’ve tried an uprising. Lets also say that people I care for were hurt. And leave it at that.

~ It seems like a few of the Oceanids that Dido employed to guard Mewtwo’s temple are eavesdropping, and they’re being kind of obvious about it. Dido shoots them a look, before turning back to the group. ~

On another note, we are all here now, so what’s the game plan?

Well, currently we need to reach Arceus. But when we do… my only plans are to try and stay in his blindspots. Aim for the legs and the neck if you aren’t a pokemon. And if you are then do your best to do as much damage as possible…

~ Dido thinks for a moment, seeing if she has anything to add. As she is unfamiliar with this foe, nothing comes to mind. Urania, on the other hand, turns to Night, whispering into his ear in a frantic voice. ~

*theres a figure clouded by shadows sitting inside. There appears to be chains stuck around what appears to be arms. Its eyeing calliope nervously…*

He typically doesn’t look like this. He’s just a bit spooked…

~ She approaches the jail cell cautiously. ~

*the smoke begins to clear… a human with hair made of purple smoke becomes visible. Shackles are stuck tightly around his wrists. He looks to be around Fuses age.*

This is an old facility used by team rocket and other evil organizations to do inhumane tests. Sammy was forcibly fused with a ghastly. I haven’t been able to find the key to his cuffs yet.

*Sammy just sorta looks at Calliope sadly.*

And he isn’t the only one…

~ She steps back in horror, and looks at Sammy with a mix of both fear and sympathy. ~

How many other are there? How long have they been like this?

From just combing the place I’ve been able to find all five beings still left here alive. Although there was a documented 9 successful experiments. Any failed experiment meant it was dead. Only two of the five are free. We’ve been combing the place for keys for a while. Based on document dates this place hasn’t been in use for a good few years…

~ She looks around, before making up her mind on something. ~

I’ll help you find the keys, or at least get these cuffs off.

~ She kneels down, gently taking them into her hands and inspecting them. The months of only drinking water from the River Styx have finally meant something more than her spite. She bites down on the metal cuffs, tearing them off. The right one first, the left one second. When she’s done, she spits out some metal from her mouth. ~

I hope I didn’t hurt you, you’re free now.

~ She stands and leans her hand to Sammy. ~

*Sammy takes it. Standing shakily. He seems to stand only a bit shorter than Fuse. He teleports somewhere else in the building…*

*Sky walks through a door to the rest of the building.*

~ Calliope is a little startled by Sammy suddenly teleporting, but she quickly follows behind Sky. ~

*Sky is talking with a winged figure in front of another cage. Another figure is stuffed in the corner, he also has wings. Sammy is talking to a woman who looks normal inside another cage.*

~ Intrigued by the seemingly normal looking woman in an entourage of people who were clearly fused with pokemon, she goes over to her first. She kneels down. ~

Hey, we’ll get you out of here, okay?

*She nods.*

Thank you. My name is Lily…

*Lily gives a soft smile. Sky notices and unlocks the doors of all of the cells. Except for one. It’s empty so it probably doesn’t matter.*

~ She notices the one empty cell, and decides to check on it once everyone else is freed. This time, as she bites down on the metal that binds Lily, she winces in pain. Something must’ve scraped her gum, as when she spits out the metal a bit of blood comes out too. Once Lily is free, she helps her stand to her feet. ~

There you are.

~ She goes to the lone cage in the corner next. Kneeling down and gently placing the chains into her mouth, this time with more care and gentleness, as to avoid scraping her gum again. ~

*The figure growls but lets her do her thing. Its ears visibly pin back.*

~ When she’s spit the last bit of metal out, she tries to comfort the figure, helping it to its feet.~

~ She goes to the cage where Sky was talking, kneeling down and repeating the process, this time making a comment. ~

*The door pops open. As Sky looks at the lock Sammy picks up a few feathers which are coating the floor. Comparing the piece to all of the winged creatures in the room.*

~ She goes to the lone cage in the corner next. Kneeling down and gently placing the chains into her mouth, this time with more care and gentleness, as to avoid scraping her gum again. ~

*the smoke begins to clear… a human with hair made of purple smoke becomes visible. Shackles are stuck tightly around his wrists. He looks to be around Fuses age.*

This is an old facility used by team rocket and other evil organizations to do inhumane tests. Sammy was forcibly fused with a ghastly. I haven’t been able to find the key to his cuffs yet.

*Sammy just sorta looks at Calliope sadly.*

And he isn’t the only one…

~ She steps back in horror, and looks at Sammy with a mix of both fear and sympathy. ~

How many other are there? How long have they been like this?

From just combing the place I’ve been able to find all five beings still left here alive. Although there was a documented 9 successful experiments. Any failed experiment meant it was dead. Only two of the five are free. We’ve been combing the place for keys for a while. Based on document dates this place hasn’t been in use for a good few years…

~ Intrigued by the seemingly normal looking woman in an entourage of people who were clearly fused with pokemon, she goes over to her first. She kneels down. ~

Hey, we’ll get you out of here, okay?

*Lily gives a soft smile. Sky notices and unlocks the doors of all of the cells. Except for one. It’s empty so it probably doesn’t matter.*

~ She notices the one empty cell, and decides to check on it once everyone else is freed. This time, as she bites down on the metal that binds Lily, she winces in pain. Something must’ve scraped her gum, as when she spits out the metal a bit of blood comes out too. Once Lily is free, she helps her stand to her feet. ~

~ She goes to the lone cage in the corner next. Kneeling down and gently placing the chains into her mouth, this time with more care and gentleness, as to avoid scraping her gum again. ~

*The figure growls but lets her do her thing. Its ears visibly pin back.*

This is an old facility used by team rocket and other evil organizations to do inhumane tests. Sammy was forcibly fused with a ghastly. I haven’t been able to find the key to his cuffs yet.

*Lily gives a soft smile. Sky notices and unlocks the doors of all of the cells. Except for one. It’s empty so it probably doesn’t matter.*

~ She notices the one empty cell, and decides to check on it once everyone else is freed. This time, as she bites down on the metal that binds Lily, she winces in pain. Something must’ve scraped her gum, as when she spits out the metal a bit of blood comes out too. Once Lily is free, she helps her stand to her feet. ~

~ She goes to the lone cage in the corner next. Kneeling down and gently placing the chains into her mouth, this time with more care and gentleness, as to avoid scraping her gum again. ~

Something must’ve scraped her gum, as when she spits out the metal a bit of blood comes out too. Once Lily is free, she helps her stand to her feet. ~

~ She goes to the lone cage in the corner next. Kneeling down and gently placing the chains into her mouth, this time with more care and gentleness, as to avoid scraping her gum again. ~

This is an old facility used by team rocket and other evil organizations to do inhumane tests. Sammy was forcibly fused with a ghastly. I haven’t been able to find the key to his cuffs yet.
