September 5, 1877: On This Day the Lakota Warrior Thasunjke Witkó (Crazy Horse) was murdered by tribal police, sent as assassin Indian scouts by the federal government.

Crazy Horse led the Battle of Little Big Horn, in which the Lakota and allied tribes defeated the invading U.S. Cavalry in June 1876. 

Crazy Horse was a great Oglala Lakota leader and defender of the people and lands, and for that he was targeted by the invaders and their corrupt government. We honor Thasunjke Witkó (Crazy Horse) now and forever.🔥

May his spirit and the spirit of the ancestors always be with the people!
