The Importance Of A Morning Routine
Goodmorning . I just got up , rolled out of bed sat on the toilet and thought I would give you a message of the day .
I was thrown off so much from the night before . I stayed up late .
I reminded myself the reasons why my morning routine is so important.
I will share with you the five components of a morning routine.
The first component of a morning routine is to :
A. Get a full nights rest the night before.
Getting a full nights rest , the night before , is crucial in the developement of a morning roughtine because this will effect how the next day carries out. When sleep is lost one can become grouchy and is thrown off to the point that they can be late for appointments, cause conflict , fall to sleep at the wheel and miss the peak hours where one can take the time to carry out a morning ritual .
B. Give thanks ." Being greatful for whom you are and another day at life to be able to course correct and participate in having a say in your life goes a long way . Consider it like putting God first ; what ever that is for you. I am thankful this morning that I have a healthing body and that I can connect with the universe/god herself when ever I please , as an example.
C . Meditation is a great way to connect with God/the Universe or what ever you connect with but meditation is putting yourself first . You are connecting with your higher-self by sitting as a triangle or pirramid , closing your eyes and focusing on breathing in and out and counting seven seconds breathing in & seven seconds breath out .
Visions will pop in your head giving you signs, ideas and a glimps into your future and what you need to focus on in the present moment . Refrain from judgement of these visions that pop up , no matter what you are envisionining. Just take mental note and watch tgese thoughts and visions like they are movie projections . These are your subconcious speaking to you ; your underlying thoughts if you will. Your subconcious is almost 90% of your brain, the female energy is your subconcious . One component is your pineal glad that is deep under the brain . In an anatomy class, I was facinated by the pineal gland of a sheeps brain that I was given by the teacher to take home to disect . I know weird right ? But I learned more than I ever knew before and if you decalcify your pineal gland, your are well on your way to upgrading your life through morning routine. Which leads me to the next component of a morning routine .
D. 1 .)Either work on drinking one to two gallens of water a day or 2.) get a half gallen of water in before going to your first bathroom visit and if you are not on keto or something simular, then feel free to make yourself a healthy hardy breaktfast . Simply make some eggs in olive oil or broil and place kale or a protien shake.
A peanutbutter protien shake is my go to but since I don't care for breaktfast some mornings I will try to get as much water in me before my first bathroom break . Just be sure not to drink to much at one time. It can be fatal.
I remember back when I used to listen to the radio on the way to work and there was a water drinking contest that two ladies entered.
The Woman that won drank so much that she died right after the contest , so be mindful to take 5 minute breaks between nine gulps of water. That way you know you are on the right path.
E. Last but not least is affirmations . Whether child or adult , affirmations is a wonderful way to uplift yourself doing the day .
F . Bonus component of a morning routine is Stretching and or exercise. Some go out of the safety of their homes & into the cold to go jogging . Others just stay at home and stretch.
I prefer the latter. Stretching is a great morning routine. It also focuses on the breathing while refreshing joints for the day. If you decide to exercise then start with doing calistetics such as jumping jacks, jump rope , sit ups , push ups and lift light to medium weights and work up to heavey weights so you gain more muscle in order to be a better fat burner . The more muscle the better fqt burnner you become . You don't even have to leave you house for this . If you do , always be sure to where a mask . 😷
