my ex boyfriend unalived himself the other day. he had an extensive history of trauma and a past meth, spice, and fentanyl addiction that he was working really hard to heal. he died clean and sober.

please, if youre considering sui, know there are other ways out. there are ways out that mean happiness and serenity. death isnt the only way. and i wish someone had told Oneco this. he was a great person.

In case no one has told you so far: You don't have to stay at a job where you are miserable. Start looking for something new if you are unhappy. There is a place for you with a job that is more agreable, more pleasant. Don't stay where you are abused and not valued. Don't slave your life away somewhere where your mental health is ruined. You don't owe your job loyalty, loyalty is for personal relationships. You can job hop until you find the perfect job for yourself. If you hate it there, leave.
