Carlos Whittaker did a 7.5-week no-screen experiment and the results are wild.
No phone. No TV. No laptop. No watch. Nothing. He even got his brain scanned before and after by a neuroscientist.
The outcome? His cerebellum healed years worth of damage in just seven weeks. His cognitive memory score jumped from the 50th percentile to the 99th percentile of adult men in America. He said he felt like a completely different human, sharper, clearer, more alive.
This one stopped me in my tracks. I’ve been feeling the scroll fatigue hard lately, and hearing someone actually measure the difference with real brain scans is next-level motivating.
Our constant screen exposure might be doing more quiet damage to our brains than we realize. Sometimes the simplest reset (doing less) creates the biggest upgrade. 🤔
They put out fires using sound waves. 🤔

Watch your hard drives. Make sure you have offline data backups. Ive had 4 drives fail within a month. Just checked and hdd failure reports are up 3-8x as much over the past 2 months
Q1 of 2026 searches and published articles are up significantly related to hard drive failure.
They are also saying there are “warranty collapses” “because of datacenters” so companies aren’t even honoring warranties citing AI demands and expectations of users waiting over a year for a potential replacement product (if you even have a warranty still)
Id say they are destroying peoples saved data before Digital ID lockdown
(Also appears one of my likely failing drives the power on hours had been reset in the two months. )
Drives can't reset themselves. This is intentional. Make backups of important stuff. Keep your drives unplugged when your device has internet access.
New drives are priced way out of control snd are becoming harder to find at all.
Yeah the entire point of power on hours and smart data is to monitor the lifetime of the drive it does NOT just reset from time to time.
100% true. some of these drives i bought for $100-140 a year or two ago are 270-340 and up to 500 now.
So unless you have 10k to spend on hard drives just to have a pile to keep throwing away, gotta be careful.
Dont forget them openly saying they want to make desktops a thing of the past and for you to rent pcs “in the cloud” and articles popping up about how we should just phase out desktop pcs, etc
they are trying to price them out of the hands of consumers and make “cloud pcs” where you have zero privacy and need digital id approval for your allowed time of carbon credits on “your pc” to even use it.
