If he’s being completely honest, WARREN isn’t entirely sure how he should go about his approach.  Should he maintain with the sickeningly sweet welcome of being the ( BABY-FACED ) boy-next-door ?  Then again, acting like a complete ASSHOLE despite the freshly-baked goods in his small hands would be completely  R I D I C U L O U S.  Even though his neighbor’s nightly parties PISS THE HELL out of him.
