When you open the .zip file, make sure you put the tray files into your tray folder (The Sims 4/Tray/) and put the mods in the mod folder (The Sims 4/Mods/)

Hi! If you're interested in a custom sim made just for you, I am currently taking requests! Please send me a message describing what you would like your sim to look like.
