Hi, I've been wanting to adopt a Corny and a King for a while, so yeah, if any in particular want to come home with me I have cat pictures and nuggets.
*You show up at the Lamia Bittybones Adoption Center with a bag of McNuggets and a phone full of cute cat pictures, ready to find the perfect Corny and King to adopt. The scent of the crispy nuggets wafts around you like an enticing Corny lure, and the small lamias are already emerging from underneath the anti-venom fridge to koala cling to your legs, begging for nuggets.
*You hand out McNuggets as quickly as you can, and most of the Cornies drop from their perches as soon as they receive their treat, content to munch where they land. Once particularly talented Corny manages to koala cling to you with his nugget in his mouth, slowly eating it without using his hands at all! You laugh at him, and lift him up onto your shoulder to finish his snack on a more stable surface.
*You tote your Corny to the King nests, and the proud lamias jump to attention, immediately lining up and flaring their hoods for your inspection. They each strike a unique and heroic pose, hoping to impress you. You walk up and down the line, scrolling through your phone to find the best and cutest cats as you praise the Kings for their lovely markings and excellent posing. One of the Kings is giving you a curious look, trying to glance at your phone without compromising his pose.
*You tilt your phone, and the King relaxes from his stance to lean in and peer at the screen. He points to each cat excitedly, his tail tip wagging happily. It seems he is familiar with some of these cats! You show him a video compilation of cats being terrified of cucumbers and he laughs. You turn to see your soon-to-be Corny’s reaction, but he has disappeared from your shoulder. You look around for him only to spot him lounging on the King’s skull, watching the video and laughing with him.
*You suggest browsing some feline-oriented Instagram accounts in the comfy of your home, and the lamias enthusiastically agree. Well, the King agrees by nodding, and the Corny agrees by koala-clinging to the rapidly moving skull. The Corny rides his cat-loving steed to the front desk where you sign both of their adoption papers.
