Kiyotaka Ishimaru Cosplay Badge Tutorial

Portal 2 Longfall Boot Tutorial

So while I was at NYCC 2014, I got a lot of questions from people asking me how I had made my boots. So here’s a tutorial for everyone who wants to replicate them. I tried to make these boots as economical as possible. In the end it cost me about $50 (mostly from the boots), but I already had most of the materials I used from other projects.

If you have a hard time walking in heels I would suggest to probably not make these, because they’re fairly difficult to walk in all day - you end up putting most of your weight on the ball of your foot. Alternatively, keeping the heel of the shoe should help a lot.
