currently dying to write my werewolf muse. perpetually broke, sleep-deprived, and with a short fuse, he's been moving from city to city ever since being nearly mauled to death on a solo hike by a totally average, totally normal looking dog (read; huge fucking feral wolf thing). he's a changed man ever since being, well, changed. and with great powers comes great responsibilities… or something like that. mostly, it comes with a deep-seated appetite and a prey drive that is making him go stir crazy. and, yes, maybe the lycanthropy is a metaphor for being transgender. when the criminal underbelly of the city starts being brutally picked apart, it's only natural for the news coverage and police presence to spike. some think it's a blessing— finally some justice— but then the reports of the state of the bodies start to roll out, and is a human even behind these attacks? looking for a detective/reporter or otherwise some sort of civilian to start digging their nose where it doesn't belong. go too far down the rabbit hole and find themselves face to face with the barrel of a gun, saved last second by something with too many teeth and fur and big, beady eyes. alternatively, give me a muse that's also a vigilante of some sort, but with wildly different morals. think daredevil vs. punisher. give me mutual wound care taking, an equally possessive and batshit muse(maybe even more-so), and slow burn. let our characters clash head on, yell and criticize one another, and then come together again in-spite of that. give me conflict of interest, give me "the enemy of my enemy" vibes. expect some amount of werewolf-y related body horror, and of course, gore/blood ... i would also LOVE to bring this oc into a fantasy setting. big on a monster hunter falling for the monster.
i am always up for a fantasy plot, start talking to me about dragons and magic and i'm foaming at the mouth. leaning more for a gritty, almost witcher type world. a world where magic is a taboo/feared to some extent, and magical beasts are generally disliked/monstrous… returning from the warfront, the sole heir to a tiny sea-side kingdom is clearly haunted by what he saw. no longer the rebellious, energetic spirit he once was, something has crawled and made itself home in the shell of his body... perhaps in a rather literal sense. think magic as a curse, not a blessing; something must be taken to be given, and he was given a lot more than he bargained for. lets stir up drama! give me something juicy. don't have a particular dynamic for this fella, so go ham. i'd be so down for an assassin/spy who fails miserably, to both their dismay cough immortality cough. or, ya know, some knightly type tasked with protecting the weakened prince. but i'll eat up anything!
