#TBT on #PowerlessNBC ...The moment when you finally get to be on a TV show and the writer tells you that you could be a reoccurring role on the show and then you hear the show gets canceled. You get bummed for a second but then you realize it's all good because you're an artist and you love what you do so you go back to auditioning a lot and get close to getting more roles but don't book them. So you get bummed for a second again. But then you realize you love what you do so you go back out there and hit the ground running. Then you write a film project because you decide to not wait any longer. And you put together a team. Shoot it. Then you high five yourself because of the amount of Grit you have to keep believing in your dreams. Last day of shooting for @grimshawfilm tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited. Life is a crazy journey. I met @elyesgabel at an audition 7 years ago. Every actor waiting was extremely nervous. To be honest, I was too. Elyes wasn't. I looked at him and he laughed. Then I realized how ridiculous it was and I started laughing too. Everyone else remained freaked...but not us. And now we are shooting something together. He's always encouraged me to keep writing. I was humbled when him and so many others that I respect, took a liking to my script.
