Mr. Grumpy (accurate)
Home for a few days
With a loooong to-do list. However, I was greeted by this when I got home yesterday:
Yes, I bought tea online. Yes, I was excited to have it delivered. What is my life. I must be getting old.

I still hate goodbyes
It's been two days since we started clearing the apartment. I still can't believe how much crap we have hoarded in a little over six months. This one-bedroom place was our first apartment ever. Leaving it for good makes me feel a little sad, but I guess it's for the better. I have a lot of nice memories from here. I remember going to IKEA the very same day that we got the keys to the apartment, only to come back with a car full of plates, saucepans, lamps, duvets, pillows, towels and whatnot. I remember assembling the chair and the table. Well, actually, I just unpacked them-- he did the rest. I remember going to bed and him telling me how happy he was that we finally had a place of our own. It's also been a couple of days since it started snowing on and off. Normally, it doesn't settle. I know that snow isn’t a big deal for anyone out there, but I barely get to see the snow. Last time I did was four years ago when I was living in London. Seeing it again brought back so many memories. I remember staring through the window like a 5-year-old in my boyfriend’s dorm room as the snow piled up outside. I remember the first time we woke up and saw everything covered up in snow. I remember all the silly pictures we took. I remember how we hated walking on the melting snow afterwards.
I'm also leaving my first working experience behind. It's been a great one, though it feels like I'm never coming back again. Still, if there's something I need to learn, is that I should ignore the people and stuff that drag me down. I'd like to think that I have learned a thing or two about people who are in your life to stay and people who are merely passing by.
Well, we should start loading stuff to our car. Wish us luck.

It's official
I am moving to Dublin next month.
It's finally happening.
Life is moving forward
It's scary and thrilling at the same time. I missed that.
'Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?' 'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat. 'I don't much care where--' said Alice. 'Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat. '--so long as I get somewhere,' Alice added as an explanation. 'Oh, you're sure to do that,' said the Cat, 'if you only walk long enough.'
Lewis Caroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
“The train is coming with its shiny cars, with comfy seats and wheels of stars. So hush my little ones, have no fear. The man in the moon is the engineer.”

I need this in my life.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who laughed at this yesterday.
"You've got to go, they'll kill you for what you've done to Joffrey. Go on, run! Go, leave, now. Go!"
¡Por fin! :)
